The challenge.
Due to strong competition in the global market, the client was challenged to firmly reduce the costs of its primary process. Due to a large scope and the involvement of multiple disciplines, a program structure was chosen to do this.
Our approach.
Established a structure of waves in which teams implemented improvement projects on various themes with the goal of cost savings. Flowant was responsible for the program structure, coaching the teams and keeping all stakeholders involved.
The result
10% reduction in cost. Trained a large group of employees in continuous improvement.
